Is Cubbie made by Anthropic?
No. Cubbie is an independent extension for claude.ai. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
Can Cubbie read my conversations?
Cubbie only reads your chat list (titles, ids and dates) to organize it. Your folders and settings stay in your browser and Chrome sync. Nothing is sent to us.
Does it delete chats?
Never. Trash only hides chats, in Cubbie and in Claude's own lists. Restore them any time.
How do I activate Pro?
Buy a plan and you get a license key by email. Paste it into Cubbie's settings. One key works on up to 3 devices.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel a subscription any time from your customer portal. If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
